1. Who We Are

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Snack Parrot LLC website ("Site"), and any vending machine placement, service, and related offerings we provide ("Services"). By using the Site or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Vending Machine Placement

We install and service vending machines at no cost to qualifying locations. The location agrees to provide adequate floor space, a standard grounded electrical outlet, and reasonable access for delivery and restocking. Snack Parrot retains ownership of all equipment placed on your premises.

3. Service Commitments

We restock machines at least weekly and respond to service requests (jams, refunds, hardware issues) within 24 hours of notification through the number posted on the machine. Product selection is customized to each location and adjusted based on sales.

4. Payments & Refunds

Machines accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash where enabled. Customer refunds for machine malfunctions are issued upon request via the contact information posted on the machine.

5. Ending the Arrangement

Either party may end a placement arrangement with reasonable written notice. Upon termination, Snack Parrot will remove its equipment from the premises within a mutually agreed timeframe.

6. Site Use

The Site is provided "as is" for informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content, logos, and mascot artwork on the Site are the property of Snack Parrot LLC.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snack Parrot LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
